Moving Wall package
We are so honored to have the Vietnam Moving Wall Memorial come to our town June 13-17, 2013 and feel this would be of great interest to you and your Chapter members. We have put together a package giving you the opportunity to view the wall and take a mini vacation in scenic Vermont.
This 2 night package offers:
Day 1 – Arrival and check-in. Time to enjoy Inn amenities.
Day 2 - After a Vermont cooked breakfast use your own vehicle or ride our free shuttle to view the Memorial. Enjoy lunch at one of our local restaurants and spend the afternoon in the quaint Village of Wilmington, or ride our beautiful Route 100 Byway, one of the most scenic roads in America.
Day 3 - Return home after enjoying another hearty breakfast.
The normal rate for this package would be $200 plus tax for 2 people, but we are offering all Vets a discounted rate of $160 plus tax for the 2 night stay.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required at time of booking to secure dates.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received 14 or more days (21 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $25 handling charge. Within 14 days prior to arrival (21 days for holiday periods) there will be no refund on the deposit. Please remember that a reservation is your commitment for the full period that you request. If you leave the Inn before your reservation has expired or arrive late, your entire fee will be forfeited. Deposits are applied to the last night of your initial reservation. Cancellation on your day of arrival will result in the entire fee being forfeited.
Packages cannot be transfered or refunded once booked.
Tax and service are not included in advertised package rates.
