All our guest rooms all have thier own décor with rich wood paneling, private bath and color TV with cable.
We have 24 rooms in all:- - 2 Family Suites (4 rooms) which have adjoining rooms, one with a Queen bed for the parents and an internal door connecting to the childrens room which have two single beds and a Bunk. Both rooms have thier own bathroom and cable TV. These rooms are sold together at a 2 room rate and seperately at a one room rate as a Queen and a Quad. - 4 Family Rooms (5rooms) These rooms have two rooms interlocking with internal door but share a bathroom and TV. - 6 Queen Rooms. These rooms have one queen bed, a bathroom and TV. - 2 Queen + Single Rooms. These rooms have one queen and one single or double bed, a bathroom and TV. - 5 Double Rooms. These rooms have two double beds, a bathroom and TV. - 2 Triple Rooms. These rooms have two doubles and one single bed, a bathroom and TV. - 2 Pet Rooms. rooms 11 and 13. Triple (formerly room 14) 2 Double + 1 Twin. This room is ideal for small groups or families with 2 double and one sinle bed with TV and bathroom with tub. (Max. capacity 5 people)


Triple (formerly room 15) 2 Double + 1 Twin. This room is ideal for small groups or families with 2 double and one sinle bed with TV and bathroom with tub. (Max. capacity 5 people)


Double (formerly room 16) 2 Double. This room has 2 double beds with TV and sink and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Double (formerly room 10) 2 Double Two double beds occupy a roomy area with TV and sink. The bathroom has a tub. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Double (formerly room 11) 2 Double. Two double beds occupy a roomy area with TV and sink. The bathroom has a tub. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Queen (formerly room 24) 1 Queen + 1 Twin. A Queen and Single bed occupy a larger room with TV and bathroom with tub. (Max. capacity 3 people)


Queen (formerly room 23) 1 Queen. This is a larger room with a Queen sized bed, seating area TV and bathroom. There is a "Murphy" bed available upon request for a further single guest. (Max. capacity 3 people)


Double (formerly room 12) 1 Double. Although slightly smaller than some rooms it is tasefully decorated and has a Double bed, TV and shower bathroom. (Max. capacity 2 people)


Queen (formerly room 13) 1 Queen. This room has a Queen bed, TV and shower bathroom. (Max. capacity 2 people)


Single (formerly room 8) 1 Double. This room has 1 double bed, TV and small shower bathroom. (Max. capacity 1 people)


Double (Formerly room 6) (Pet Room) 1 Double + 1 Twin. This room has a double and single bed with a medium sized bathroom and TV. It doubles as a pet room but is not exclusivly so but it is perfect for pets as it has easy access to the outside garden. Please read Pet Policies. ALL pets must have travel cage if left in room unattended, no exceptions. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the guests credit card. This room is extensivly cleaned after pet use. Large Queen Suite (formerly room 7) 1 Queen + pull out sofa Queen. This room is newly decorated (2006) with wood paneling below the dado rail and imported wallpaper . The bathroom has also been renovated with new shower cubicle and tiled flooring. A pull out sofa will increases the capacity to 4. The room is larger than most with a seating area looking over the front gardens. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Queen (formerly room 9) (Pet Room) 1 Queen + 1 Twin. This is a particularly bright and sunny room with a Queen and Sinle bed, TV and bathroom. Ideal for small families and doubles as our second pet room. ALL pets must have travel cage if left in room unattended, no exceptions. Queen (formerly room 17) (Family Suite) 1 Queen + 1 pull out sofa Twin. This is a large Queen room has a sofa seating area, TV, refridgerator and bathroom. This room is also sold as a suite with the quad room next door (room 15). An internal door connects the 2 rooms. This door is locked when the Queen room is sold separately. The sofa has a single pull out bed for an additional person. (Max. capacity 2 people)


Quad Room (formerly room 18) (Family Suite) 2 Twin + 1 Bunk. This room has 2 twin beds and 1 bunk. Ideal for 4 individuals. This room can also be sold as part of a family suite with room 14. An internal door connects the rooms. This door is locked when the room is sold individually. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Quad Room (formerly room 19) (Family Suite) 2 Twin + 1 Bunk. This room has 2 twin beds and 1 bunk. Ideal for 4 individuals. This room can also be sold as part of a family suite with room 17. An internal door connects the rooms. This door is locked when the room is sold individually. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Queen (formerly room 20) (Family Suite) 1 Queen. This is a large Queen room has a sofa seating area, TV and bathroom. This room is also sold as a suite with the quad room next door (room 16). An internal door connects the 2 rooms. This door is locked when the Queen room is sold separately. (Max. capacity 2 people)


Double (formerly room 22) 2 Double. This large room has 2 doubles and a futon bed with TV and large bathroom with tub. A futon pullout sofa increases the capacity to 5 or 6 if needed. (Max. capacity 6 people)


Family Room (formerly room 21) 19 - 1 Queen, The Master room has a Queen bed and TV, it ajoins an interior shutter door to another room containing a bunk bed. Both rooms have outside hall doors to a shared entrance way.The bathroom is integral and shared by both rooms when sold together, it also has a tub. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. This room is usally sold as a family room together but Room 19a can be sold seperately using the comunal bathroom down the hall. (Max. capacity 4 people) 19a - 1 Bunk.


Family Room (formerly room 5) 1 Queen + 1 Twin + 1 Bunk. The Master room has a Queen bed and TV, it ajoins an interior door to another room containing a bunk and single beds. Ideal for 2 adults and 3 kids or 3 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom is integral and shared by both rooms. (Max. capacity 5 people)


Family Room (formerly room 2&3) 21 - 1 Queen, 21a - 1 Bunk. The Master room has a Queen bed and TV, it ajoins an interior door to another room containing a bunk bed. The bathroom is integral and shared by both rooms but Room 21a has its own sink and toilet and can be made avilable on its own with the use of the shower/tub down the hall.. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. (Max. capacity 4 people)


Family Room (formerly Room 1) 1 Queen + 1 Twin + 1 Bunk. The Master room has a Queen bed, TV and refridgerator, it ajoins an interior door to another room containing a bunk and single beds. The bathroom is integral and shared by both rooms. Ideal for 2 adults and 3 kids or 3 adults and 2 kids. (Max. capacity 5 people)


Queen (formerly room 4) 1 Queen. This is a bright and sunny medium sized Queen room with own TV and bathroom. (Max. capacity 2 people)
